You have 24/7 guard, you have elevator that you can only access the lobby, unless you have a key card to access the hotel room, this is extra security. Clean room, tv, aircondition, fan, super nice shower with HOT water, toilet paper. For the remote control you need to ask them. Outside you have some streetfood, some eating places, atm, pizza, big supermarket very close, 7/11 close by, 10min walk is GM mall, 5min walk you can find laundry near 7/11. You have almost everything near you.

-Rooms and hallways were clean. -The staff were friendly and responsive. -They let me borrow clothes iron, and also they assisted me with my room keys when I forgot it twice inside my room. -The location is also strategic as it is nearby SM Lanang Mall and Airport -Check in and check out was easy. -big mirrors -There is enough parking space -There is a coffee shop and a mini mart downstairs

The staff is great they just need to be trained on guest assistance. Two people in a room 1 key. One person leaves room and other person staying in room must be without electricity. Give 2 guests two cards. Explain push room door not turn knob to enter.
